An unwanted wake up call...

So I'm a person who takes great pride in the way I look. Watching my mum take great pride in her appearance growing up it was just a natural instinct to do the same myself! At times I know I can go a little crazy with it but I think every women needs to take care of herself in some shape or form, for her own self esteem if nothing else.

I have a nightly routine to which I take care of my face and my body. Without fail the routine never changes no matter how tired I am!!  It all starts with a good cleanse and tone of my face. After a day of make up clogging my skin it is the most important part of routine that must be done right every night! Then I apply my DERMA STRETCH on my bust and love handles to get rid of the stretch marks that I have from constant weight gain and weight loss growing up. To finish the night I use the CELLULIT-VIB fat burn get all over my stomach thighs and butt! (Just because everyone has cellulite!)

At the beginning of using ERICSON LABORATOIRE I used the BIO PURE cleaning milk and toner, then the BIO PURE EQUA-MATT or ACTIC BIOTIC SEBO GEL depending on how my skin feels.

Prior to ERICSON LABORATOIRE I had used a brand which used lanolin as a base for all their products. Me not having the knowledge that I have now and trust in the therapists and educators, I used these products for about a year and a half. To which wasn’t helping me find a solution to my ever increasing acne and irritations.

With no improvement I discontinued using the other range and started on ERICSON LABORATOIRE. After only just two weeks of using the BIO PURE and ACTI BIOTIC ranges I could already see a difference! The redness reduced the breakouts were less frequent and my skin didn't feel oily 24/7!  It has been a hard road to recovery as they call it. Causing so much emotional damaged and also seeing my skin suffer so much, it really was a life changing moment. My acne has gone and the only thing left to treat is the scarring. This will need some laser treatments with the Q-PLUS and a course of ERICSON LABORATOIRE NOVACID during the colder months.

But last night my routine had changed, I used one of the creams a dermatologist give me as I had ran out of my SEBO SERUM (used as a spot treatment). I woke up with my skin red, hot, itchy and irritated. I was shocked and sad. I have worked so hard to get my skin at a certain stage that I messed it all up out of tiredness. Not thinking to apply it on only the areas that needed to be treated, I applied it all over my skin and feel asleep.

My first initial reaction was to quickly keep my skin hydrated, so I applied some of my SKIN TRANSFER SYSTEM MOISTURIZING FLUID just to keep it hydrated. As soon as I got to work I ran to the tester cupboard and grabbed DERMA CALM DE-STRESS cream mask. Applied a thick layer all over just to stop the heat and redness. But I knew the best thing to do right now is to get the DERMA CALM professional treatment ASAP.

This made a perfect opportunity to ask, Does DERMA CALM REALLY do what it says it does??? Well the first thing I noticed was the soothing affect. Instantly the heat reduced almost as soon and the skin was cleansed! And this continued throughout the treatment. Not seeing what was happening to my skin during the treatment I was keen to see the end result! I had taken a before and after shot and instantly saw the difference!!!

WOW! Other than the fact that heat had gone and reduction in the redness is quite evident!  I’m not as hot and itchy as this morning! I’m so relieved I dot have to walk around looking like a red tomato for the rest of the day!!

The only thing I have on now is the ULTRA SENSITIVE SERUM and the DE-STRESS CREAM! Tonight I will use the NIGHT RELAX CREAM after cleansing and toning with DERMA CALM just in case!
